At Tip Top Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
